LEGAL
Terms of Service
Effective August 25, 2026
1. The service
iCANDI Studio helps customers develop production briefs and create short-form video assets. The service may include automated production tools, quality checks, storage, downloads and optional support from an iCANDI producer.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep your password confidential and promptly notify iCANDI if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. Credits and payment
Credits are prepaid units used to begin a video production. The exact credit cost depends on duration, production model and processing requirements and is shown before you approve a paid generation. Credits do not expire, have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. Prices and applicable taxes are shown before payment.
4. Failed productions
A technical failure that prevents delivery of a usable output returns the reserved production credits to your account. Creative preference alone does not automatically qualify as a technical failure, but customers may request an iCANDI review when an output has clear production defects.
5. Your materials
You retain ownership of the materials you upload. You grant iCANDI the limited permission needed to process, store and use those materials to provide the requested service. You confirm that you have permission to use all submitted people, brands, music, images, footage, logos and other materials.
6. Generated results
Generative production can produce unexpected details. You must review each asset before publication, especially claims, logos, packaging, likenesses, text and regulated content. iCANDI does not guarantee that every creative attempt will match a subjective preference or be suitable for every legal or commercial purpose.
7. Prohibited use
Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing or harmful material; impersonation without permission; sexual content involving minors; fraud; malware; or content that violates another person's privacy or publicity rights.
8. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, iCANDI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. iCANDI's total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid by the customer to iCANDI Studio during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes and termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or threaten the service. Material updates will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
10. Contact
Questions, account requests and notices can be sent through the secure iCANDI Studio contact form.
