Information we collect

We collect account details such as your name and email address; purchase and credit records; production briefs; reference files; generated assets; support messages; and basic security information such as IP address, device and request logs. We also record first-party usage events such as page views and button interactions with a temporary anonymous browser-session identifier. We do not use that identifier for cross-site advertising. Payment card details are collected and processed by our secure payment provider rather than stored by iCANDI Studio.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, process purchases, maintain credit balances, refine production requests, generate and deliver assets, provide customer support, prevent fraud, improve reliability and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

iCANDI uses specialized payment, infrastructure, storage and creative-production providers to operate Studio. They may process information only as needed to provide their contracted services and are subject to their own security and privacy obligations.

Retention

Account, purchase and ledger records are retained while your account is active and as required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention and dispute handling. Uploaded and generated media remains available in your account until removed under our retention practices or until the account is deleted, subject to legally required backups.

Security

We use encrypted connections, protected account sessions, restricted production credentials and access controls designed to protect customer information. No internet service can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of your account information through the secure iCANDI Studio contact form. Some purchase, security and legal records may need to be retained. You may also sign out at any time and avoid uploading materials you do not want processed.

Children

iCANDI Studio is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes and contact
